This virtual program focuses on communication as the cornerstone of effective mediation, with sessions on confidence and presence, insights from CLOs and GCs, practical communication strategies, neurodiversity in dispute resolution, and a live mock-mediation panel on ethics in action. Offering over six hours of CLE/CME credit (including ethics and bias) in many states, this training provides advanced skills and real-world tools to help mediators strengthen their practice and effectiveness. Through engaging and interactive presentations, attendees will gain valuable insights and tools to elevate their mediation skills, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle complex cases with confidence and ethical integrity.
Can't make it to the live program on November 7th? We plan to record the seminar and offer all four sessions "on-demand" for post-event viewing.
